- Uploaded documents and media: photos, files, identity documents, proof of income, collateral documents, signatures, and other documents you choose to submit for verification or loan processing.
- Device contacts: with your explicit consent, YooApp may import contact names and phone numbers from your device and save them on your member profile for customer relationship, referral, verification, and support purposes.
- Device and app data: device identifiers, app version, crash logs, login records, and technical data needed to secure the app and maintain the service.
- Location data: with your consent, we may collect location information when it is required for lead capture, branch support, fraud prevention, or loan verification.
- Camera, photo, and file access: with your consent, the app may access your camera, selected photos, or files only so you can upload required application documents.
